soaked for well over 32 hours in home-made wickers sauce two skinless turkey legs
made a snake of Kingsford three wide and one atop every two with plum tree wood from a friend from this wonderful site
(THANK YOU!)
after an hour with those legs on,
a small rack of baby back ribs were seasoned up with Penzeys Galena Street and Jacob's Pig Rub
I decided to foil the ribs after three hours, knowing they can dry up after a while... kept them that way for another hour or so...
meanwhile, the legs looked and temped done, so I removed them to a clean foil pan then to the warming tray of the oven
