Harry Soo has to be one fine gentleman. Not only is a GREAT Pitmaster, but he freely shares with everyone. That, my friends, is a MAN!

I have never met Harry but "know" him from this website and from "Pitmasters". I have used many of his recipes and techniques and have elevated my cooks as a direct result. I thank him for being "Harry". He is a credit to BBQ in so many ways!!

He has proven time and time again, that it is "Not the bow and arrow, it is the Indian" (translate: It is not the equipment, it is the Pitmaster!)
