Superbowl Sunday 5 hour ribs

These guys took their time. Planned on them being done at 6PM, they finally were at 8PM, I wanted to use Len's mop sauce, but time was short, so I just used a 50/50 Apple Juice / Dark Rum with some brown sugar and a splash of Worcestershire sauce

Pretty dang good. The middle part of the ribs were 178 when pulled, then ends were 170 - would have liked to seen the ends done more, but I didn't want to dry out the middle ribs, besides, it was after 8PM and everyone was hungry
 
Between Gary's shoulder and your BB's, there have been some pieces of pork putting up a fight this weekend! ;) They look great, Chuck!
