Super Bowl Sunday Wings and Things

For super bowl Sunday Barb and I decided to try something different for us. I’ve never been a big fan of chicken wings, I know turn in my grilling card.
Barb was going to make her poppers and mac salad along with some guacamole so I decided to give wings another try.
Selected three differ recipes Hot, Hawaiian and Teriyaki.
We used the performer and the two gassers for the cook. Hot and teriyaki on the performer and the poppers on the E320 and finally the Hawaiian which was more of an oven type wing on the genesis 2000.
I made all the sauces for the wings on Saturday and Barb made her popper fillings and the mac salad and guacamole on Saturday also.
It was a fun cook and all of it came out great.
