BBQ wings for tonight.
Spilt up two racks of wings from Aldi, tossed with a store rub and dusting of baking powder. Smoked with two pecan chunks in 18" WSM.

OK, these Korean wings from Meat Church were awesome! I didn't fry 'em, rather did an oven bake, got them nice and crispy and used the MC sauce. Nice slow building heat, that was certainly there, but not too much.
