Baby backs from last Sunday. Rubbed with Harry Soo's All Purpose Rub & Hogs-N-Heat rub:

On the Performer for 2 hours at 250-275, wrapped in foil with brown sugar, honey, and margarine for 1 hour. Back on after foiling with CI taters and onions.

A light saucing, another 30 minutes and off:

I wondered what time zone you were in that you had these made already. Had to go back and re-read to catch that it was last Sunday. Regardless, they look great!

Now I have to wonder how you scored a Noble Pils off-season? I generally stock up in the Spring when it comes out.
 
I know my wife thinks I am nuts when I take pictures of my cooks. But why not? Look at how fun this is.
 
Not very often I see taters and ribs on the same grill at the same time! You did it right!! Looks super good!
