Sunday's Sunset Grill

after spending a day in Wautoma Wisconsin with family,
we arrived home just in time to view a wonderful sunset...
unfortunately, the cameraman was nowhere in sight.

he did, however, show when the food was getting prepared

a coupla thick pork rib chops seasoned with PigSalt (thanks again Brian!) and BBQ3000
one large Idaho halved joined the heat and applewood smoke

near the end of the grill, I opened an old bottle of Abadia Retuerta's Rivola from 2001

Do not remember purchasing this fine wine
and it was.... the cork lasted quite well, i'd say.

soon afterward, dinner was plated & served nicely
with lightly steamed asparagus with sautéed sweet chili peppers...

the spuds were dusted with Geir's new fav, Penzey's California Seasoned pepper.

We did plan to call TVWBB member Ed from Wautoma and hook up with him for a beverage or two,
but without knowing the day was planned out for us, we did not have enough time to meet & chat and/or drink...
and for that, I feel sad.
Ed, we will clink beer mugs eventually... if I simply drive there Just To Do It!

And I thank you all for your eyes, ears and time!
