Sunday turkey breast

Morning folks...this past weekend we have a craving for a turkey dinner ...so... did a quick thaw on a bone in breast and tossed some EVOO and put together a quick Cajun rub and on the performer she goes!

Love turkey,even got three in the freezer. That's the way to do it with taters and stuffing very nice stress free cook and desert, it doesn't get much better than that.
Love the first picture even the pup is chillin out.
 
Another beaut, Morgan! I have to ask, why did you choose to cook on the charcoal grate, and what, if any, benefits are there. Was the turkey just to tall to be on the cooking grate (hard for my old eyes to tell from the pics.) I kind of like that idea, and may steal it from you! :)

Thanks a bunch Rich...I was thinking it was going to be too tall, I could have laid it down or split it but I decided to give this a whirl and it worked great
