Sunday ribs and pool time....

Sunday was a good day...

Mid afternoon Maribel got some ribs ready. I set up the smoker.





While the ribs were being smoked we went to the pool. I know my wsm and how it behaves so I wasn't worried about leaving black Betty alone.



Came back to sauce the ribs



Made a simple bbq sauce



Then some Mac and Chesse



Time to eat



My mom loved the ribs.
