Here is the hail on our deck from Sunday afternoon. Kept putting out Satellite & messing up football games.
We got up to see the first snow on the LaPlata's off our deck. good sign for the Bronco's this evening.
So here is the victory ribs. They were spare ribs rubbed with Memphis Dixie rub & Pit Barrel Cooker all purpose rub. along with baked potatoes
the ribs were hung along with the 2 spuds. Looking good so far.
Ribs are done 4 hours later with Blues Hog Smoky Mountain BBQ sauce. Put the sauce the last 20 mins.
Here we are plated up and ready to eat. Ribs were fantastic no foiling yet were juicy & moist. The spuds were very done. All came out very nice. And the Bronco's rock.
thanks for looking,

Nice food pics and snow pics. Do you like that new smoker? The hail, never like what it has done to my cars.

Yes, Bob the PBC is a very nice smoker, easy to control. So easy most females could run it. HA HA HA and it produced great flavor and very moist meat. Thanks
Russ

Looks great Russ, what are you finding with the smoker temp wise, where does it like to run?
Bill, the smoker suppose to run in the 290 range. It was a cool afternoon and I would say it cooked the ribs around 275-280. But didn't check the temps. That's the beauty of this smoker. Just load it and forget it.I recommend this cooker to anyone who wants to add another toy to their addiction. It's fun to change things up and around. The PBC is a equal to my 18.5 WMS. I love both.
thanks
Russ
