Tonight it was stuffed peppers on the Egg. Turned out fantastic.
First Deb made the stuffing. Hamburger, minced onion & garlic, panko, & seasonings.
Stuffed and in the new CI she got this summer. Topped with sauce, cheese, bacon & more sauce.


Into the egg at 325-350 uncovered for a hour. Then covered for a hour and a half.

For a side it was chunked cabbage with onions & bacon wrapped in foil.

Took the lid off for the last 45 mins or so.

The juices ran out of the peppers. Flavor was spot on.

Here is your plate, There was more than enough for the 2 of us & a few bites for Myles.
