Stuffed Mushrooms (Smoked Chuck)

I smoked a chuck roast the other day and made some stuffed mushrooms with some of the meat.

I used a little Stubb's bbq sauce (Sweet Heat)...

...and topped with some Gouda cheese..

...let it grill down a bit then added some Mozzarella.

Hit them with a little bbq rub and let them finish up.

Those look KILLER! Thanks for reminding me. It's about time I do some portobella's, myself. It's been entirely too long. We are in line for a cold spell and it's not encouraging, but a feller's got to do what a feller's got to do. That means hit the grill, anyway.
