Stuffed chicken breast with Risotto and Green Beans

The "kitchen sink" stuffing mix (raisins, cherries, apples, sage, salt, pepper, cornbread, walnuts, carrots, onions, etc, etc...)



added some scrappy pieces of buckboard bacon, home made sausage, and spinach











and put everybody in the pool



I used the mixture (with some butter milk) to stuff some boneless, skinless chicken breasts and seasoned with some Herbs de Provence and some Chicken Rub

SWMBO made a Morel Mushroom Sauce. She told me she was "winging it". LOL
