Plated with Pretzel buns and cheese. Heirloom tomato's and EVOO, shrooms, homemade cream corn.
 
Wow Tim that all looks so delicious ! And the colors with the shrooms, peppers and green onions is just wicked looking, nice job !
 
Tim the meat looks absolutely wonderful but I also love your work with the vegetables. We love veggies in this house. Great looking meals!
