Steaks on the Genesis II

I had a little cookout yesterday.
We had steaks, Hasselback potatoes, Mexican street corn and spinach casserole.
The spinach is a new recipe and was a BIG hit.
I'll post that recipe when I get back to a computer.

I made a Chocolate Bundt cake for dessert but didn't get a pic. No one had room anyway, so it was sliced and sent home with the leftovers.
 
Wow! those like great - the sides all look amazing - no corn here yet, but that certainly looks like something to try later in the season.
It's still early here, too but these were okay.
They are the bi-color corn and I really prefer plain old yellow corn.
But honestly, once you add all the Street Corn ingredients, a piece of tree bark would probably taste good! LOL
