Steak Pizzaiola a la Willy

So, today I was supposed to be in Charleston SC with my CEO, her brother and his wife for a little R&R. My Mom is not doing so good so I decided to stay and send the the CEO et al , they needed a little break.
Anyhow, I decided to treat myself to a Willy Style Bachelor Meal with 30 day aged prime Ribeye Steak one of my favorite ways.

Ripe Roma Tomatoes, scallions, Peppericini Peppers (fabulous, hot) tomato paste (1/2 can) diced garlic, diced scallions, brown mushrooms

Scallions and garlic on first then all the rest, to simmer for an hour or so, roasted a nice yellow to go in also

Meat with salt and pepper coming to room temp, EVOO'd just before the cook. Gus with EVOO and Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper and salt

Gus on first and tonights second brew

Steaks on for a hot quick sear, after the first turn

Searing done and into the sauce to simmer for about ten minutes
