St. Louis Ribs from Germany

Hi friends,

This time I participate with 4 St. Louis Ribs from my favorite butcher.
(Cherry wood chunks and I spray them now and then with 50/50 cherry juice/water)

As in the past years I use Imgur.com to provide progress related pics.

EDIT: I decided to share some pics here linked. On Imgur there are to many confusing advertisements!

HAVE FUN !

Wow those ribs look super good! Also love your setup on your deck, and the shirt looks great on you, too. Keep up the good work!

Prost!

Great looking ribs, Jan! And your grill area looks fantastic, surrounded by some great trees! I think I would find myself "babysitting" my grills with a few cocktails way more often in that setting! Prost!

Those ribs are beautiful.

I had a couple of German beers last night myself. Grevensteiner and Weihenstephaner Hefe-Weissbier. Both good, but the hefeweizen is especially delicious.
