Sriracha Wingettes And ABTs

This past football Sunday's cook.

I marinated 2 dozen chicken wingettes in Good Season's Italian dressing mix and water for a couple of hours. I then drained the water and coated them in olive oil.
After they were cooked, I coated them in a Buffalo sauce I made with Huy Fong Sriracha sauce and margarine.
I made a dipping sauce from mayonnaise, sour cream and blue cheese.

My daughter Delia made ABTs, some with cream cheese, some with Velveeta.

I threw hot dogs on, mainly for my grandson.

I cooked everything on my 22 1/2" OTG.

Everything was great. The wings were the best Buffalo style wings I've ever made, I love that Sriracha sauce!

Good looking wings Bob. Now I'm craving some but I'm so cheap I refuse to pay $3.00 the pound. :(

I love the wings & love the abt's, but the first pic of the "J-E-T-S, Jets, Jets, Jets!" putting it on the Saints, not so much :p

Bob, everything looks great, but especially the wings. I gotta say, your recent wings cooks have been stunning! Excellent!
 
Nice food Bob, and congrats on the Jets beating the Saints. Sure that you had a great day all in all.
 
Bob, those are the best looking wings I think I ever seen. Great job on all of it but the wings are spectacular.
