SRF Wagyu Ribeye Filets

Hello my Weber friends,

I thawed out some Snake River Farms wagyu ribeye filets which I've had in my freezer ever since I got them on sale a couple months ago. Needless to say, it was some high quality beef, and made for a very tasty dinner. I grilled the steaks on the Performer, reverse-sear, over lump charcoal until medium doneness. Nice beefy flavor and very juicy due to all the extra marbling. Anyway, that's all for this post...I hope you all have a great week!

Here are some shots of the steaks inside and outside their Cryovac, plus a picture of the steaks seasoned with kosher salt and coarse ground black pepper.

An action shot of the steaks getting their final sear over the coals, plus some plated and cutaway shots. Thanks for checking out the photos!

Let hear it for some great looking steaks!
One of these days (maybe after I get my IRS refund) I'll order some steaks from Snake Rive Farms.

Can't go wrong with anything from SRF. Looks real guud. You nailed them steaks! Will have to give the steaks a try next time.
