SRF double cut Kurobuta pork chops

I seasoned with a mild bbq rub then smoked these chops for 3 hours on the Memphis pellet grill, and finished them with a reverse sear on the Weber gasser. My son and his girlfriend are visiting and my son requested pork chops before the visit. They had garlic bread, too. Side salad not shown. Very moist, tender, melt in your mouth and delicious. The 3 of us could only eat 1 1/2 chops. This was also our first of the year corn on the cob.

Grilled pineapple with brown sugar and cinnamon. Next level side for pork. That SRD looks very impressive.
 
$50/lb online! Am I looking at this right? That's nearly 10x the price of normal chops where I live.

A mere $12.99/lb. special ordered from my local Albertsons head butcher when I ordered them last year. They took about a week and half to arrive. It must be an unrealized benefit to living in the same state as Snake River Farms. Here’s the label from a 3 pack of double cuts still in the freezer.
