Spicy Chicken Sandwiches

For a coating I mixed some Mad Hunky Chicken Wang seasoning with some flour. I used Franks Red Hot sauce instead of egg and dredged some Boneless skinless chicken thighs in the flour mixture, hot sauce and flour mixture again.

Placed the thighs indirect to cook. Saw some crab cakes on sale at the meat counter so I did another impulse buy.

Mad a chciken sandwich with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato and pickle with a side of waffle fries. Crab cake was actually pretty good.

Since the deep fryer was hot I did up some Duros too far a snack later.

Looks fantastic John! Have you tried his Hot *** Wang yet? It's a dialed up version of the Hot Wang. I bought some but haven't used it yet. Took a little taste though and it deserves the name. When we were in Oregon on vacation, we ate at an Indian Restaurant and I had the Lamb Korma and of course got it "hot". It was delicious, wonderful but I'm still not right if you know what I mean. So I'll wait a bit on the Hot A Wang!

Dang it...our meat/seafood counter has crab cakes too. Now I'm going to have to try them! Haha. Great looking meal.

Chicken sandwich sounds delicious and looks delicious John! I usually get crab cakes at Albertsons when they are on sale, the wife cooks it better than me! Haven't had Duros in along time, looks delicious!
