Spicy beef ribs

My wife doesn't like spicy foods so when I get a chance to cook for myself I often head in that direction, like with these beef ribs from a few months ago.




After seasoning them with salt I covered them with hot sauce, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and I think even some red pepper flakes.




I let them marinate in the fridge for probably 20 hours or so.




The end result. And they had some heat!
