Spaghetti & Spicy Italian Sausage Meatballs - on the stove but in cast iron

I got all worked up for some spaghetti for some reason and I got it!

I made up some smallish meatballs....first I took about a heaping Tbsp of Italian sausage gave it a quick roll, then I took each one & broke it in half & rolled them both at the same time - reminded me of rolling cream-centers in the candy shop (hand dipped chocolates) back when I was a kid.

This is in my 12" Lodge CI skillet:

I shook the pan every couple minutes, then added some onion:

Looks great, plan to make some spaghetti later this week. Hope that ours comes out as good as yours did.
 
Cooler weather, Clint's cooks. Yep, I've got a craving for some comfort food. Looks awesome. Might have to do a batch of meatballs myself really soon.
