Happy Memorial Day!
Here we are on my Dad's pellet pooper. It is all he has to grill on. So decided to try a set of grill grates I have on it.
I don't care for the grill grates over charcoal. I think it cuts the charcoal flavor down. I prefer cast iron grates. So we'll see
what these grates can do on a Trager. Loaded it up with bird legs & thighs.

O' man these legs & thighs are spot on. Along with some tater salad the wife made up & left over beans.

Plated up & ready to dig in. The legs & thighs were fantastic. Grill grates worked grate on the pellet pooper.
Matter of fact I left the grill grates with my dad.
