First,
Yes Jim, I only made/ate 1 (one) (uno)

I've seen these on several food shows, and since I haven't made it to Tuscon, decided to make my own version.

From the bolillo roll up:
bacon wrapped beef dog
drained Ranch Style beans, from a can
onion
tomatoes
salsa Verde
Mexican cheese mix
brown mustard
mayo

Where's my bib?
The best hot dog I have ever eaten in my life!
Glad I didn't cut the avocado, ran out of room.

Thanks for the visit!

Fantastic looking dog Bob!!! I have been craving one of these for a while. A tip, press or remove some of the bread in the middle to make room for more of the good stuff, you need avocado in that dog!!!

Excellent! We've got these on the menu to make on Saturday. We were just in Tucson a couple of weeks ago and had some.

only one, dude...
WT.... ?!

To be honest, I could have eaten another one, next time.

John S,
I did try to make room, but not well enough, next time.

Will have to give this a try Bob! That looks super delicious! Great photos too! I will try to follow
John's tip and leave room for the avocado. ;)

Oh man, I was so relieved when I saw that first picture. I thought you actually ate a dog, woof woof. That is the best looking "dog" I've ever seen! Will definitely try it.
