Some Brats and Dogs

Had big plans for cooking a meal outside today but the weather took a turn for the worse. Ended up just having Brats and Dogs for dinner. Not much of a post but what the heck. Here are the ingredients. The Brats are chicken from Costco and the dogs are Hebrew National

Putting meat on the grill in low temps, high winds and driving snow.

About halfway done.

Taken off the grill after approx 15 minutes

Plated brat with kraut, onion, mustard and some chips

Not much of a post. Got some good ideas when the weather improves. Thanks for looking.
