Solo Baby Backs

Hey everyone. Wife and kids were down at the orchard, so I thought I try a solo slab of baby backs on the performer. The wind in Chicago was crazy yesterday...I'd say in excess of 40-50mph all day. I think that contributed to the performer not wanting to run under 280...so I just went with it, which really just meant the ribs were done alot sooner than I had expected.

I always run my ribs at 275 degrees or so.
