I home brewed 20 yrs ago myself then was moved around so much in the Army I kinda got out of it. I landed in Alabama and they finally made it legal May '13 so I jumped back in with both feet. We still don't have a reliable LHBS here so I am all mail order which I believe ensures I get fresh ingredients. I look forward to seeing some of y'alls brews.
 
Your stirring my juices for some ribs, Dwain and I really like your setup to protect your temp gauge. Will have to copy.

Fantastic lookin' Ribs Dwain! Those got me up & to my freezer to remove a slab!

I'm sure (almost) everyone in the continental US is ready for winter to come to an abrupt end...

you got a real nice back yard there , buddy. And I like the deck. Too bad about the snow , but it's kind of pretty.

We are up to our ankles in slush right now and we got another 6 inches of snow on tap for tomorrow night.

Your ribs look good.. Stay warm.
