Sunday night football was not one of my favorite moments but anyways...did some ribs simple rub and added 2 chunks of oak. Smoked for about 4 hours and used a bbq sauce my wife got me from Memphis called sticky fingers. It's very good.

Here in So. Cal depending where you live it's common to see vending carts selling hot dogs wrapped in bacon and topped with onion, tomato, jalapeño, mustard, ketchup, mayo. So that's what I did but I did it on the WSM not on a griddle.

Monter links filled with cheddar? Where can I get those? Sounds good!!!

Nice L.A. Dogs! I read somewhere there is a movement to make this the official hot dogs of L.A.

I hope so those hot dogs are all over downtown LA. Ricardo, have seen the monster links filled with cheddar that Jim Lampe mentioned here in so cal?

No sir. I buy most of my meat at Stater Bros, Costco., Smart and Final, and the local carniceria. Usually use Hebrew National for dogs, or Hot Links for my cook-outs.

If you find them, let me know.

Love this cook!! My mother in law use to bring me those bacon wrapped goodies when she came up to visit!! Love em!

Nice work!

Looks like they've gone commercial. Saw these in the supermarket today here in San Jose. "Hollywood's Original"...
