Evening folks...was a super nice day here in SE AK...but had to work...on the way home I stopped at the store and found some stuffed and seasoned game hens! Hey why not!! Got home, fired up the grill and got things going!! Indirect with some taters! Hens are stuffed with a apple almond stuffing...I added some poultry seasoning and tossed them on with a bunch of hickory!

Went inside and got some corn ready...one of my several methods for corn...foiled with butter, S&P and garlic!

Then after things got cooking...well opened up a beer and watched the dogs play!

After about 1 hour at 400 ish they were ready!

Man this was super...moist...smokey...yummy!! Oh man I forgot how good these little hens are! I wish I'd picked up a little more cause they got picked clean!

Very nice Morgan... Plated pic looks delicious. I haven't had those in a while. I remember my uncles would by them by the box and just grill them have a few drinks and gamble.

I was thinking the same thing! Although most of our snow melted in the last couple days

Jim...I do like the 3rd Shift...good stuff...one of our local stores had the corn...I'm sure it was once frozen..not bad..little Pre-taste of summer! The birds were good!
