Evening folks and happy weekend before turkey day!! Was busy getting ready myself...did some work on my new red too!! It's in 20 parts but coming along nicely...lid came out real nice, handles came out a bit darker than I hoped but will work...going for that old school look!

Ok so got some chicken, Brussel sprouts and squash all ready to be cooked!

Added some greens to the mix

Bout done!

And served up with a winter ale, spinach stuffed pasta and veggies from the grill!

Wow good stuff...I have not had sprouts in forever and I have been missing out!! Thanks Jim for all your sprout side posts cause man...this was yummy! Chicken was nice too!
Ok dogs are done tonight!

Oh and my boy brought this letter home from school Friday!! Made my Friday I'll tell ya!

Ok gotta clean the grill...got my gear ready!

My Friend, that is one superb cook, the plate and shots perfect. That little note from your Son would have made my day too. Well done all around
 
Nicely done sir. Always great when you get those little notes from your kids. Mine are older now, but they still say some things once in a while that remind you that you ra e doing things right.

Morgan, That is a great looking dinner that you fixed. Your son is a lucky guy along with those 2 dogs of yours.
