Smoked Pork Loin cut into Chops

Piece of pork loin marinated in Wicker's, low & slow indirect, with hickory for smoke.

I think it is was about 1 hour to hit 130 internal.

Rested/cooled for about 1/2 hr.
Cut into thick chops.
Brushed with oil, and Weber's steak 'n chop added.

Seared.

I got a "very good" from Jo (pretty much her highest score for anything I make)
I'll give it a great!
tender, juicy, and the right amount of smoke.

Bob, you KNOW a "VERY GOOD" rating is something to grab on to and run with....
of course, you know me... i'll give the cook, WITHOUT the pleasure of a taste, an Excellent! BUTT- again, I did not taste it...
