Sunday soup replaced Sunday roast this week. Cold and snowy weather in the PNW finally.
Rubbed down some thighs

Put them on Performer with some BnB and some peach 🍑. Just let them soak in some smoke and get to about 150. Prepped the rest of the ingredients and started to put it all together.
