I only managed to grill burgers on Saturday, so today was Smoke Day at our house. I had some of the family over (totaled 5 adults, one two-year-old*, and one who won't make its debut until October). I fed them ribs, corn on the cob, home made bread, and home made ice cream with strawberries - nobody went away hungry.

*The world's most beautiful baby, who inherited the title from her mom.

Had two cooks over Smoke Day Weekend.....on saturday, made two BCCs (rubbed with arizona dreamin'). On monday made four racks of BBRs. two racks with grill mates applewood rub and foiled 2-1-1 method. Other 2 were not foiled. Personally, I enjoyed the ones that were not foiled better.....a bit more bark and chew!!!! Great weather, i could feel the positive karma across the globe!!
