Slow Cooked Pork Steaks

two big ol' pork steaks seasoned with a pork rub from the Weber's Time To Grill book

on the large 26" OTG direct to sear then indirect for about 30 minutes each side

temp inside the Weber was about 300ºF

after an hour or so, some Pappy's Original BBQ Saucewas brushed on.
