Slow Cooked Pork Steaks


 
The steaks are great, but that brew is the star of that show! Going to school in WI, I can't even begin to calculate the amount of Spotted Cow that I disposed of. Now, in IL, we are in a New Glarus wasteland. None allowed out of WI, so when we go home, we import our own. If anyone is in WI, pick yourself some New Glarus products, great brewery making really tasty beer.

Mike, if you haven't tried all of the NG beers, you should. NAKED is a Great summer brew, and TWO WOMEN is as Awesome as it sounds;) the only one i did not like the time i tried it was BLACK TOP, but i'll try it again
