Hey all,
Was on my way home trying to think of what to make for dinner and for some reason Sloppy Joes popped in my mind. I can't even remember the last time I made them, or ate them for that matter. I had a few nice hotdog buns left so we used those. Also made a quick potato salad to go with it.
First tossed the onions, garlic and bell pepper on the grill,

Then added the beef after about 10 mins or so,

Let that cook down for a bit then added some sweet baby rays, ketchup, worchestershire, a bit of Franks and a few spices to the mix,

Then after taking it off and sitting for a few mins I slopped some on a toasted bun with a bit of cheese,

And plated,

All in all a nice change for dinner and tasted great! All the kids loved it as well.
