Nope, all blue, no fade this will likely be the “Dress Blue” lid, the maroon might be the everyday suit. I don’t know, that might be just a little too OCD even for me!

It is probably from the factory like that. Many of the red head lids have tiny black specs in the porcelain. Just the way they came out of the factory.

Does your blue lid have any tiny white specs in it? I have one that does and I dont know if thats normal or not.

Yes come to think of it, I have seen 2 versions of blue.. One with black flecks and one with what appeared to be white flecks

It did come off a Silver B. Ok so I think I have a Mica Blue top. I google searched it and the only thing that came up close to mentioning it is that thread you linked.

I recall the mica colors as being part of a premium package including left and right flip up tables.

I agree. However I’ve always loved blue and silver together. If I ever find and actually acquire a note lid, I’m doing a silver frame and end caps…

Did Weber use more than one shade of green? Some in pictures look like a regular green. Mine in person looks like a dark teal?
