Simple steak salad!

Decided on a quick steak salad ..easy peasy...here we go!

Just a couple strips with S&P and garlic...on for a quick sear!

After both sides got some color I moved em back..pictured along with the lonely tater for my boy(he wanted baked taters and that was it?)

And plated up with a bit of bread and simple green salad and a balsamic dressing I wiped up!

My lovely wife wanted to have her plated picture posted as well...little vino with her's!

We are currently in negotiations for her own cook...she has a kick butt camera and knows how to use it so we just gotta figure out a menu!!
