Simple Rib Eye Steaks For Valentine's Day

We really didn’t want to go out tonight for Valentine’s Day so my wife asked if I would do some
Rib Eyes for dinner. They were salted first with Tone's Roasted Garlic/Sea Salt and then seasoned
with Penzeys Florida Pepper and Penzeys Chicago Steak.

Put onto the Performer, using RO lump and a chunk of pecan wood. Grill temp was right at 500.

About 2 1/2 minutes per side and they were done.

Plated with a baked potato and green salad.

Nothing we haven't seen before but just a simply delicious dinner.

Your a lucky man!! Anytime a lady ask for steak and wants to stay home... Hold on go her and don't let go.
 
You couldn't pay me to go out tonight, plus where are you going to find a steak that looks that good without dropping a C note!!
