Simple mixed grill

Parted out a chicken, and marinated it in Soy Vey Teriyaki for a few hours. Cooked the chicken indirect for about 35 minutes, basting twice. Bratwurst (New York Sausage Co.), went direct for about 12 minutes, flipping every 3-4.

Simple meal, and, oh, so good!!

We're all in a hurry here in CA, Jim, so they must have been quick cooking brats! Not sure what to tell you other than 12 minutes is what I remember, and I had at least two glasses of wine in me at the time, so...... I know they were safely cooked (verified by Thermapen), and that they were juicy and delicious!
