Simple drums...

With a new Rub. My little brother was in Vegas a month ago and bought me a can of this stuff:


Might be a Pork rub....But hey why not test it out.

On the grill indirect..Around 1.5hours..Top 100% opend/low vent 75% opend.(last 30 min everything 100% opend)


Added some grillable cheese.(not the Haloumi rubber one) This is a Swedish version..On the shelf in the supermarket. One with some added Chili flakes and the other natural with some evoo.


First time i tryed this brand...Melted a bit faster then i thought. But doable.(after the flip)



Plated with a freaking hot sauce.(to hot for my taste)


Have a bite?


Oscar cleaned em right off the bone.(the rub isent a hot one)



Really dig this rub. If you can get your hands on one try it. Will use it on spares tomorrow. Will report back!
