Got about seven pounds of pork shoulder going this morning with some crisp 25 degrees weather…fired up the 18” WSM!
Did a mix of B&B Lump and Logs with peach
and cherry 
I rubbed it yesterday and let it sit overnight…I don’t usually do that so it will be interesting to see if I notice a difference…
