Got about seven pounds of pork shoulder going this morning with some crisp 25 degrees weather…fired up the 18” WSM!9BA410C2-11C1-4FE4-A3BA-6801080CA8D3.jpegDid a mix of B&B Lump and Logs with peach 🍑 and cherry 🍒78813012-0073-43B5-9763-32B4BFE4E653.jpegI rubbed it yesterday and let it sit overnight…I don’t usually do that so it will be interesting to see if I notice a difference…
