Picked these up, wondering "how would you cook these?" I knew where I could find out....

SP&G - I cut them thinking the smaller end would have to come off first. Both came off at the exact same time, 2 hours 40 minutes

These taste amazing. You can taste the Prime Rib that they were cut from. Simply amazing

Our local butch sells these and they look like they aren't cut down that bad. I need to try them. Yours look excellent!
 
Those look great, nice cook. Guess I'll have to get the rack out of the freezer and give them a try.
