Shepherd's Pie

TVWBB 1-Star Olympian
In a CI skillet cooked a lb of ground lamb and a lb of ground beef. Made a roux, added beef broth and a small package of thawed out frozen mixed veggies.


Placed the mixture in individual ramekins.


Topped with garlic mashed potatoes with Monterrey Cheese added in and placed indirect


Done

That looks amazing John. Question, how hard was it to clean the ramekins after their being on the BBQ? (not fun is my guess)
 
I like your idea a lot and those little pies look delicious. I would also like to know if your ramekins cleaned up ok after being on the BBQ.
 
The ramekins clean up just fine. I have another set I use and over time they will not be as white as they were when they were new but that is true when you use them in the oven too.
 
Looks really guud. Would give that a try on these cold & windy days we have been having.
Try one of those magic eraser things on your ramekins. They work great on everything.
