Sensational Pork Steaks

earlier this morning, i called Harry Hansen's Meat Service and ordered a half dozen pork steaks, cut 'bout an inch...
this is what i got:

these four beauties will be vacuum sealed and frozen for future feasts....

...while these two guys will be gobbled up tonight.
