Ribs and tips rubbed with Oakridge's Secret Weapon.
On the bullet with lump, and cherry wood.

Checked after a couple of hours and decided to mop 'em.

I mixed honey with apple cider vinegar, warmed up, and proceeded.
Probably been done before by others, but an original thought for me.

It produced a nice candy like glaze.

Time to kill, so I went looking for fall color.
Found it on our dogwood tree.

Back at the bullet, after about 4.5 hours cook time, applied Bandana's Sweet & Smoky sauce.

Sided with salt/garlic boiled spuds, and corn garnished with a couple of Jo's flowers for color.

Hope everyone has a beautiful, and bountiful autumn season!

Good looking cook. Nice pics. I gotta know, what lens and camera are you using? Oh, and btw, you need to invest in wheelbarrow, that things looks like it's on it's last leg :D

Thanks for sharing Bob.

Chuck.

Cherry wood is my favorite and most used.
Wonderful photos of ribs, fall color and harvest, Bob.
One of the best ribs I've ever seen!

Bob those ribs are without a doubt, the best I've seen. If they tasted even half as good as they look in the photos, I'm moving to your neighborhood.

I think I figured this out.... Bob, you don't cook and grill and smoke food cuz you're hungry....
nope.
you cook & grill & smoke food to take OUTSTANDING photographs of professionally prepared plates of food and landscapes...

so.
what do you do with all that wonderful goodness you cook & grill & smoke?
