Brats and onions and zucchini and peppers...

and served.

The Next Day:
using a terribly warped hickory plank from last week, halved Yukons and onions find a home...

over two gaaaalic covered chuck eye steaks

then two days later:
baby Yukons, skillet-side....

oiled onions...

citrus rubbed whitefish fillets...

a sip of Ron's rhum...

and, finally served.

all three dinners were pretty good...

Once again I'm overwhelmed and almost speechless. How do you do it, Jim? Is the camera mounted to yer head? Ya get all these great pics an' meals an' sips of booze... One of your meals knocks me out, three and I feel punch drunk (or at least drunk) Of course I wish I was there w/ my fork in one hand, and a glass in the other, 'cause it sure looks good!

While everything look great, it's the brats that really grabbed my attention. You are able to cook and post the most manly man dinners around. I have no doubt that you are the most popular man within 100 square miles. If I could cook like you I would constantly hear the doorbell just about supper time with one of my buddies just happen through my area. Nicely done Jim, you motivate me to push myself on my cooks.
