Saturday Sirloin and Caprese Stuffed Portobello with Balsamic Reduction

I saw these sirloins at the butcher and couldn't pass them up

The butcher picked me out some with a "tree of life" pattern he says will bring good fortune.

Seasoned up with kosher salt and Meat Church Holy Cow rub.

Kettle fired up.

Using the sear grate again.

Finished steaks.

Plated with the stuffed portobellos. My wife did the stuffed portobellos and they were great. I imagine they would be phenomenal on the grill

A nice bite.
